The Kemerovo Regional Court confirmed the decision to refuse to ban the local organization of Jehovah's Witnesses

April 24, 2013 Kemerovo Regional Court considered the appeal of the Yurga prosecutor's office against the decision Yurginsky City Court of the Kemerovo Region dated December 27, 2012 of the year that refused to ban the activities of the local religious group of the Witnesses Jehovah.

The Court of Appeal left the claim prosecutor's office without satisfaction and confirmed the decision of the court of first instance.
