In April 2013, the Leninsky District Court of the city of Kemerovo considered an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution extremist materials).
In the dock was a 21-year-old local resident, accused of posting banned neo-Nazi songs online group "Kolovrat".
The court fined him 1000 rubles.
