Another Jehovah's Witness was fined, now in Tyumen

On May 8, 2013, it became known that the Leninsky District Court of Tyumen found a member of the local community of Jehovah's Witnesses guilty of an offense under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production and distribution of extremist materials), and imposed a fine.

The court agreed with the version of the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of Tyumen, according to which the offense consisted in the fact that from January to March 2013 a woman distributed Witness literature included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials at a public transport stop.
