Xenophobic graffiti in Novgorod
On May 14, 2013, it became known that in the center of Veliky Novgorod, at a bus stop near the Alexander Nevsky bridge, unknown vandals wrote "Racial loyalty is above all" ( original spelling - ed .).
Media reports that xenophobic inscriptions appeared in the city repeatedly.
