Administrative case for a video on the VKontakte network

May 14, 2013 Prosecutor's Office the city of Volgorechensk, Kostroma region, announced that it had sent a case to the court under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials included in the published federal list of extremist materials).

The Prosecutor's Office together with the Directorate of the FSB of Russia for the Kostroma area found that a resident of Volgorechensk in the social network "VKontakte" on posted on his page in the "my videos" section in the public domain video file "Well, who else is against nationalism???". The video is identical in content to the “anti fa…” video, which by the decision of the Vorkuta City Court of the Komi Republic dated 01/20/2011 recognized as extremist and included in the Federal List extremist materials.
