Vandal sentenced in Oryol
On May 17, 2013, it became known that the court of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Orel found Igor Kostin guilty under Article 282 of the Criminal Code and Article 214 of the Criminal Code (vandalism).
Recall that Kostin was accused of painting the facades of houses with paint in October last year using an aerosol can.
The court sentenced the vandal to 400 hours of compulsory work.
