On May 20, 2013, the Moscow City Prosecutor's Office sent to the Magistrate's Court court district No. 312 of the Ostankino district for consideration in essence, a criminal case against one of the leaders of the “Russians” association, Dmitry Demushkin.
The indictment was approved under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organization of the activities of a public organization, in respect of which the court has adopted a decision that has entered into legal force to ban activities in connection with the implementation of extremist activities).
Keep in mind that the case was filed in April. 2011. Law enforcement authorities insist that the movement of D. Demushkin "Slavic force” (part of the “Russians” Association) continues the activities of the prohibited formerly "Slavic Union". The "Slavic Union" was recognized as extremist on April 27, 2010, and February 2011 this decision came into force .
