Administrative case for a video on the VKontakte network

On June 6, 2013, the Ulyanovsk city prosecutor's office announced that it had filed an administrative case against a 33-year-old young man. offense under Art. 20.29 (mass distribution of extremist materials, as well as their storage) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

The defendant posted on the social network "VKontakte" in the free access video "Prohibited on TV social advertising", recognized as extremist. The video is included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials. It was recognized as extremist by the decision of the Zolotukhinsky District Court of the Kursk Region of April 26, 2012.
