The site "Promise.ru" is trying to challenge the warning from Roskomnadzor for news about Loskutov

On June 10, 2013, it became known that the Promise.ru website applied to the Moscow Arbitration Court with a claim to invalidate the warning, issued by Roskomnadzor for publishing materials about Artem Loskutov.

Recall that in April, Roskomnadzor issued warnings to four sites that reported that a Novosibirsk artist had been fined for T-shirts with a stylized image of the Pussy Riot icon.

Representatives of the site note that in accordance with Art. 1 Federal law "On countering extremist activity", the mass media information, it is prohibited to distribute materials recognized as extremist in court order and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials. The image of a T-shirt with the "icon" of the punk band was not included in this list.
