In June 2013, it became known that the Pavlovo-Posad city court of the Moscow region was transferred a criminal case on a racist attack on passengers of the Moscow-Petushki train, which took place on September 30, 2012.
There are three in the dock fans of FC CSKA: Dmitry Arkhipov, Yegor Filatov and their minor friend.
All three are charged under par. "a, b" h. 1 st. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism with the use of weapons based on national hatred) and pp. "a, b" part 2 of article 115 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of light harm health from hooligan motives motivated by national hatred).
In addition, E. Filatov is also accused under paragraph "a" part 2 of Article 116 of the Criminal Code (beating out of hooligan motives).
Recall that similar incidents of attacks on people with a "non-Slavic" appearance in the train "Moscow-Petushki" took place and earlier (in 2009 and 2010 ), however, as far as we know, criminal proceedings are initiated under this fact for the first time.
