Xenophobic graffiti in Kudymkar
On June 14, 2013, Russophobic inscriptions appeared on the walls of one of the houses in Kudymkar (Perm Territory).
According to the first secretary of the Komi-Perm branch of the Communist Party, the inscriptions appeared about three weeks ago. The communists left a statement with the police.
