Kurgan: fine for publishing banned songs by Timur Mutsuraev

In June 2013, in Kurgan, the court considered an administrative case under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of extremist materials).

The case was launched against a 21-year-old local resident, who was accused of publishing on his page on the social network VKontakte 21 audio recordings with songs by Timur Mutsuraev, including the song “O Allah, the World is shrouded in a terrible darkness!... " (Jerusalem), "World, shudder and get on your knees...", "Paradise is dimly visible in dreams and dreams...".

Let us recall that these several more songs by T. Mutsuraev, a supporter of the separation of Chechnya from Russia, a participant in the first Chechen war on the part of the separatists, were banned on April 14, 2010 and have already been included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (item 691).

The court found the young man guilty and fined him.

Let us remind you that in April a resident of Ryazan wasfined for a similar offense.
