Two Muslims, members of the Hizb ut-Tahrir party, were convicted in Bashkiria
On July 2, 2013, the Ordzhonikidzevsky District Court of Ufa ruled sentence for hours.1 Article. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of the activities of an extremist organizations) in relation to Ural Yakupov and Dinar Sadykov, accused of creating "Ufa cell" of Hizb ut-Tahrir.
The court sentenced them to 1 year and 7 months in prison.
The convicted Muslims pleaded not guilty.
