In Kuban, leaflets are recognized as extremist

On July 3, 2013, the Uspensky District Court granted the district prosecutor's application to recognize information materials as extremist xenophobic leaflets.

Tatyana Salmina pasted the mentioned leaflets on September 22, 2012 on the street. Kalinina s. Konokovo Uspensky district leaflets on electric poles.

According to the act of psychological and linguistic expert research, "the leaflets contain statements aimed at humiliating the national dignity of a group of people on the basis of nationality."

Recall that on June 28, 2013, the criminal case against Tatyana Salmina under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (commission of actions aimed at humiliating the dignity of a group of persons on the grounds of nationality, committed in public) was sent for consideration on the merits to the Uspensky District Court.
