Fine for a video on the VKontakte network
On July 2, 2013, the Elista City Court ruled decision to impose a fine on a 19-year-old resident of the Tselinny district Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials).
The defendant posted on his page on the social network "VKontakte" a video called "Appeal of the fighters of the Slavic Union to the Russians", which is included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials.
