Criminal case for materials on social networks

On July 18, 2013, the investigative committee for the Ulyanovsk region announced that a criminal case had been opened against two local residents suspected under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred or enmity).

According to the investigation, in early 2013, the suspects posted freely available on their accounts in one of the social networks text and photographs of " extremist content ".
