Sentence for graffiti on a hospital wall

On July 18, 2013, it became known that the Magistrate's Court of Judicial District No. 35 of the Podosinovsky District of the Kirov Region passed a verdict in a criminal case for xenophobic graffiti on the walls of the district hospital.

A. Bessolov was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for extremist activities).

Recall that on September 14, 2012, Bessolov wrote with paint on the walls of department No. 2 of the Kogbuz “Podosinovskaya Central District Hospital” “Beat the chock”, “Kill the khach. Save Russia!", "Beat the devils" . The hospital administration painted over the inscriptions the next day.

The court sentenced Bessolov, taking into account the recurrence of crimes, in the form of imprisonment for a period of 9 months with serving the sentence in a strict regime correctional colony.

The decision of the court did not enter into force.
