On July 18, 2013, a criminal case against 58-year-old Galina Skripova was sent to the Yasnogorsk District Court of the Tula Region for consideration on the merits. The indictment was upheld by Part 1 Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred and enmity).
Recall that from January to March 12, 2013, Skripova wrote in public places, including at bus stops in towns Taidakovo, Borovkovsky, in the village of Fedeshovo, anti-Tajik inscriptions with calls for violence are painted in black paint. A woman left a similar inscription on March 12, 2013 on the fence of the Yasnogorsk Machine-Building Plant.
