Not in the Indian sense of the word as rejected, but in Russian as exceptional. They poach from helicopters, steal billions, kill witnesses, crush at intersections, build palaces in reserves. There was even a completely unacceptable inscription "Putin - Gay." It is not clear what grounds were so offended by gays. Nevertheless, all these are just inscriptions and pieces of paper, although self -adhesive. What does vandalism have to do with it?

Vandalism in criminal legislation is defined as "desecration of buildings or other structures, damage to property in public transport or in other public places." There is definitely no damage to the property here - the walls of the State Duma and the passage were not damaged, but only dotted with truthful inscriptions, which the next morning the technical workers of the parliament washed and cut off.

But while she is alive, any abuse of it not only ennobles the atmosphere in society, but also equalizes the scales of public justice.

It is this justice that the authorities are afraid. By her understanding, a person from the street and State Duma deputy cannot have equal rights. Having gifted with its preferences, the authorities do not just decorate their life - it protects its exclusive rights to despotism. She steals these rights in the elections, then strengthens them with the laws of the feudal property and then protects against society by police violence and judicial repression. A very coordinated and clearly working mechanism. Therefore, the sticker, stuck on the Gosdum wall, perceives the authorities as an encroachment on his imaginary sacredness and exclusive rights, but is trying to introduce himself to the victim of vandalism. Nevertheless, someday this state Duma is wrapped in one large sticker and thrown into the trash, and in its place a normal and modern Russian parliament will be built.
