In July 2013 in Ulyanovsk there were completed the investigation into the case of a group of young people allegedly involved in the fight against pedophilia.
On the dock soon will turn out to be three local residents who, depending on the role of each, are accused according to paragraph "a" part 2 of Art. 163 of the Criminal Code (extortion), paragraph "a, g" part 2 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code (robbery, committed with the threat of violence) and Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting a national hate).
It is reported that young people name of a girl (apparently underage) entered into correspondence with a local resident. Subsequently, they began to blackmail him, threatening to distribute correspondence among his acquaintances.
At the time of transfer of money, more than 9 thousand rubles, the blackmailers were detained.
We note in particular that the accusation of incitement of national hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code) was brought against only one from young people. On his page in one of the social networks, he published neo-Nazi materials. Unfortunately, which ones are not disclosed.
Most likely all three young people were ultra-right activists among whom groups are extremely popular engaged in "hunting" for pedophiles.
The case has already been referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
