On July 23, 2013, the Sovetsky District Court of Kazan issued a verdict in a criminal case against 25-year-old Roman Lazarev. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).

Recall that in August 2011, a resident of Kazan, Roman Lazarev, created the Hydra Internet group in the public domain on the VKontakte social network, where he posted audio recordings of the Kolovrat group under the names “Sign of Fate”, “I Hate Communists”, "Honor and blood", "Russia belongs to us", "Two brothers", "Heroes of the ROA", previously recognized by the court as extremist. In the same place, Lazarev posted a translation of the book "Mein Kampf" by Adolf Hitler. In September 2011, on his personal VKontakte page, Lazarev posted " a photograph depicting the painful death of a man and comments calling for violence against "inferior" races, communists, etc., inciting hatred and enmity towards persons of Jewish nationality and a social group of persons, adhering to communist ideology .

The indictment in this criminal case was approved by the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.

The court sentenced Lazarev to 100 hours of compulsory work.
