According to local residents, in mid-July, a 1.3-hectare section of the park was fenced and closed for visits, the trees that ended up in the construction site were destroyed. Permission for "conditionally permitted use for religious objects" issued by the city government.
Local residents who opposed the construction of the temple and in defense of the park began collecting signatures under the appeal to the prosecutor's office.
