The Ministry of Justice is preparing another draft amendment to the law “On Freedom of Conscience”
On August 9, 2013 it became known that the Ministry of Justice RF Draft Law “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On Freedom of Conscience and about religious associations.
The bill, in particular, provides for the abolition of the need confirmation of the 15-year existence of the religious group for registration as a religious organization.
In addition, the bill removes from religious organizations the obligation to report annually on the continuation of its activities.
