Sentence passed for xenophobic graffiti in Kurgan

On August 12, 2013, the Kurgan City Court delivered a verdict in a criminal case against a resident of the city of Kurgan, accused under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of hatred and enmity on the grounds of nationality, committed in public).
