In Lipetsk, the court recognized the website "Fourth Reich" as extremist

On August 1, 2013, the prosecutor's office of the Sovetsky district of Lipetsk announced that the court recognized the Internet site "The Fourth Reich" as extremist. The site is hosted in the USA.

The prosecutor's check was carried out according to the information of the Directorate of the FSB of Russia for the Lipetsk region. Linguistic examination of the content of the website found that it " contains statements inciting hostile actions of one group of people towards another on the grounds of race, nationality, language, origin and attitude to religion ."

The prosecutor appealed to the district court with a demand to recognize the Internet resource "The Fourth Reich" and the information materials contained on it as extremist. The court recognized the position of the prosecutor's office as legitimate and satisfied the demands of the prosecutor in full.
