On August 26, 2013, the Federal Security Service of the Republic of Bashkortostan held searches in the homes of several residents of Ufa. The searches were carried out as part of a criminal cases brought under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization activities of an extremist organization).
Tagira Minibayeva, Rasima Sataeva, Aidara Garifyanova, Alexey Hamadeeva, Evgenia Kulagina, Narta Khasanova, Dinara Avdikeeva, Ildar Ibrahimova and Rustem Khamzin's computer and religious literature.
After the searches by four - Rasim Sataev, Aidar Garifyanov, Aleksey Khamadeev and Yevgeny Kulagin were charged under Part 1 of Art. 278 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempt to seize power by force).
All four were previously involved in 1. Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of the activities of an extremist organizations) on suspicion of creating a Hizb ut-Tahrir cell and after several months of arrest were released from custody. Sources
