Fine for the song "Slavic Spirit" on the VKontakte network

On August 5, 2013, the Novgorod District Court fined a 21-year-old student of NovSU for 1,000 rubles.

During the verification activities, it was established that the young man on his account on the social network "VKontakte" posted in the public domain the song "Slavic Spirit", recognized by the decision of the Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow dated September 13, 2010 as extremist (p. 788).

By order of the prosecutor, an administrative offense case was initiated against the young man.
