Member of Jan Lutik's group sentenced

On August 30, 2013, the Moscow City Court delivered a sentence under Part 3 of Art. 30, p. "d, f, l" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder committed by a group of persons with particular cruelty motivated by national hatred and enmity) in the case of gang member Jan Lyutik , Nazi skinhead Yuri Yevsyukov.

He was sentenced to five years in a penal colony.

The verdict is based on the jury's verdict , which found Yevsyukov guilty, but deserving of leniency, since he was a minor at the time of the crime.

Recall that Evsyukov admitted that on April 20, 2010, together with others Nazi skinheads attacked a native of one of the Arab countries, Alan al-Khaidi, on Artsimovich Street. He was detained at the end of 2012.

When sentencing, the court took into account that Evsyukov had previously been sentenced to imprisonment for the attack on May 1, 2010 on anti-fascists near the VDNKh metro station and was released on parole. In sentencing, the court took into account the "unfinished time."

Recall also that the rest of the gang members were convicted in October 2012.
