On August 30, 2013 the Federal List was updated again extremist materials, paragraphs. 2027-2044.
The list was supplemented by: books by A. Barkashov, I. Barkov, B. Mironov, I. Gubkin, the Russian Order newspaper (introduced twice), 108 xenophobic audio and video files, racist videos and articles from the VKontakte network and from blog, racist leaflets, another book of Jehovah's Witnesses, an article by a Bashkir oppositionist Airat Dilmukhametov, an anti-Islamic slogan, articles from the Jihad in the Caucasus website.

2027 Printed edition of I.S. Barkov, Zhidovedenie. Textbook” ( decision of the Bezhitsky District Court of Bryansk dated May 28, 2013);
2028 Printed edition of A.P. Barkashov "The ABC of the Russian Nationalist" ( decision of the Bezhitsky District Court of Bryansk dated May 21, 2013);
2029 Printed edition - the newspaper "Russian Order" No. 1 (48) dated 06/11/2002 ( decision of the Bezhitsky District Court of Bryansk dated 05/30/2013). The same item is included under item 2043 of the list (- ed.).
Recall that the brochure "The ABC of the Russian Nationalist" was published in 1990 year and was several times supplemented and reprinted, Zhidovedenie was published twice in 1998 and 1999, and the newspaper "Russian Order" was produced from 1992 to at least 2002 and registered by the State Press Committee of Belarus (Reg. No. 1390).

Recall that the distributor of these videos is a 19-year-old student of a vocational school Stanislav Semenov was sentenced in December 2010 under Part 1 Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred) by 6 months conditional imprisonment.

Recall that the book "Notes of a Spanish Pilot" was first published in 2004 year. It consists of the author's memoirs and his articles. Arguing about the reasons for the collapse of the USSR, he extremely negatively assesses consequences the August putsch of 1991, calling himself and like-minded people "opposition to the occupying regime." The author of the book, Igor Gubkin, is serving punishment for murder. In November 2002, the Leninsky District Court Vladivostok sentenced him to 14 years of strict regime.

Recall that the book "Jehovah's Witnesses" What does the Bible really teach? New York: Watch tower Bible and Tract Society of New York, 2005. [224 p.] was already recognized as an extremist by the decision of the Rostov Regional Court on September 11, 2009 and was included in the list (p. 510).

Note that the first video called "Russian nationalists administer justice. 18+" has already been recognized as extremist by the decision of the Kirovsky District Court of the city of Tomsk dated 09/20/2012 and was included in the list under item 1543.

Recall that the entire site "Jihad in the Caucasus" (http://www.shamilonline.org) has already been recognized as extremist by Tuymazinsky District Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan on April 7, 2012; Novy Urengoy city court of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District on August 16, 2012, Ust-Kulomsky District by the court of the Komi Republic on August 30, 2012; Pechora City Court of the Komi Republic on October 11, 2012. The site has been turned on to the Federal List of Extremist Materials (p. 1540). Probably, we are talking about the book of the former Minister of the Press of the Russian Federation, the well-known nationalist Boris Mironov, published by the Vityaz publishing house in Moscow in 1998. Recall that in April 2010 the court recognized Mironov's book "The Sentence to Kill Russia" as extremist, in February 2009 the court recognized B. Mironov's brochure "On the Attitude of Russians to the Indigenous Peoples of Russia" as extremist (p. 458). In February 2008, the court found B. Mironov guilty in the case of distribution of anti-Semitic materials.
