"Handbook of Russian People" is once again recognized as extremist

On August 29, 2013, the Kuzminsky District Court of Moscow recognized the book “What Russians Need to Know. Handbook of a Russian person. The decision of the court entered into force.

The application to the court was sent by the prosecutor's office of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow based on the results of the audit.

By the decision of the court that has entered into legal force, the demands of the prosecutor are satisfied in full.

The audit materials were also sent to the investigating authorities to resolve the issue of initiating a criminal case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).

Recall that in February 2012 the Lefortovo District Court Moscow has already recognized as extremist the book "Handbook of Russian person", and she was added to the list (n. 1881).

"Handbook of a Russian person" contains a list of about 700 names and concepts with copyright comments.
