The article “The Role of Women in Jihad” is recognized as extremist

On September 3, 2013, the Moscow prosecutor's office announced that the Tverskoy District Court of the city recognized the article "The Role of Women in Jihad" as extremist. The article was signed in the name of Yusuf al-Iyeri and posted on the website of the Islamic Committee on December 31, 2008.

The court decision has not yet entered into force.

Recall that on March 27, 2012, as part of the investigation of the case on the fact posting on the Internet an article "The role of women in jihad", containing calls for terrorism, the FSB searched the apartment of the head of the Islamic Committee Heydar Jemal.

Earlier, on September 13, 2012, the Moscow City Court for posting this article sentenced under Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for carrying out terrorist activities) 39-year-old Tatyana Tarasova by one and a half years of probation. Sources
