In Samara, a local xenophobe was sent for compulsory treatment

September 3, 2013 in the Industrial District Court of the city of Samara considered the issue of applying coercive measures of a medical nature to 27-year-old local resident, who was previously accused of inciting a national hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code).

The young man was accused of being on February 7, 2012 posted on the page "Andrey Kasatkin" in the social network "VKontakte" image cartoon character with an ax in his hands and the inscription "Take an ax! Meet the guests from the mountains.

During the investigation, it turned out that the accused suffers mental disorder.

The court decided to send him to compulsory treatment in a general hospital.
