In Samara, a local xenophobe was sent for compulsory treatment

September 3, 2013 in the Industrial District Court of the city of Samara considered the issue of applying coercive measures of a medical nature to 27-year-old local resident, who was previously accused of inciting a national hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code).

During the investigation, it turned out that the accused suffers mental disorder.

The court decided to send him to compulsory treatment in a general hospital.
