Arson of visitors' cars in Yugorsk

In September 2013, it became known that on August 20 in the city Yugorsk Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra was arson several trucks with vegetables and fruits that were used visitors to transport products.

It is reported that before the arson on the sides of the cars was drawn swastika.

Four young people were arrested in the case. One of them is already fined under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public display of Nazi paraphernalia).

From media reports, unfortunately, it is not clear whether the arson out of hooligan motives or motivated by national hatred.
