Yugorsk: fine for swastika drawings on trailers

In September 2013 in the city of Yugorsk, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra, an administrative case was considered under Part 1 of Art. 20. 3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public display of Nazi paraphernalia).

The accused in the case was a 19-year-old resident of the city, who was accused of having painted a swastika on August 20 of this year sides of trailers of three trucks belonging to visitors. Recall, according to media reports, after the drawings were made, he and three other young people set fire to cars (for more details, see here ).

The court found him guilty and fined him.
