Video of an attack on a teenager on the Internet

On September 25, 2013, a video was published on the Internet, where "unidentified persons force an underage boy to kneel and shout nationalist slogans", as well as chants in support of one from football clubs.

On September 30, 2013, the Ombudsman for Children reported that the injured boy had been found. The incident occurred on September 24 in the Kirovsky district, in a park near the metro Veterans Avenue.

The attackers were later identified. One is a 15-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan, studying at a correctional school, he confessed to his deed. The second is a 16-year-old native of Dagestan who came to the city to visit relatives.
