Activists of "Moscow Shield" and "Narco-Stop" were arrested for an attack on a migrant hostel in Kapotnya
On October 1, 2013, the Kuzminsky District Court of Moscow arrested three participants in the attack on the hostel for migrants in Kapotnya: 26-year-old leader of the Shield of Moscow Alexei Khudyakov, 21-year-old leader project "Narco-Stop" Alexander Voznesensky and a 17-year-old activist of the "Shield Moscow" Khaeta Sharifova.
The fourth defendant in the case of the attack on the hostel Andrey Ponomarev released from the temporary detention center by decision of the investigation.
Khudyakov was detained on September 28 right in the Kapotnya police station, where he filed a complaint against those who shot him with a traumatic weapon hostel residents. Voznesensky was detained in an ambulance, where he, who received a gunshot wound in the back, provided first aid.
The court was to consider the issue of a measure of restraint on the day detention, but then the hearing was adjourned "to collect additional evidence."
According to investigators, Khudyakov was near the hostel on September 27 and kicked out the doors. A backpack was found at the crime scene, inside of which were pass in the name of a 4th year student of the Moscow Technological Institute Andrei Voznesensky, as well as a baseball bat, plastic handcuffs, iPod player with the inscription "Moscow does not believe in guests." At Voznesensky a mobile phone with a sticker "Russia for Russians" was confiscated.
Khudyakov and Voznesensky objected to the arrest. Voznesensky called the evidence of the investigation was falsified, and Khudyakov pointed out that that he "upon demand" gave the police all the photographs and video materials. The leader of the “Shield of Moscow” also stated that “ he repeatedly helped the operatives in their work .” A case was opened on the fact of the attack under Part 2 of Art. 213 UK (hooliganism).
In addition, a case was initiated on the organization of an “illegal migration". As part of this case, the senior foreman of the LLC Hals-service, 45-year-old citizen of Ukraine Larisa Nazarenko.
