A participant in the Hizb ut-Tahrir protest was arrested in Tyumen.

A Muslim suspected of involvement in the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir was arrested in Tyumen.  

On October 3, 2013, a 27-year-old Muslim was arrested in Tyumen, against whom in March 2013 a criminal case was initiated under paragraph 2. Art. 282.2 (participation in the activities of an extremist organization) in connection with participation in the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir.

A young man, according to investigators, in the spring of 2013 posted on his page "VKontakte" a video "Refutation of lies against the Islamic Liberation Party." This video, according to the expertise, contained " linguistic and psychological signs aimed at incitement of religious enmity, hatred ". On March 16, 2013, the accused was a measure of restraint in the form of a written undertaking not to leave was chosen.

In connection with the participation of 27 September 2013 suspected of distribution of Hizb leaflets ut-Tahrir" in the Tyumen mosque another preventive measure was chosen - conclusion into custody.
