In St. Petersburg, Hizb ut-Tahrir supporters held solo pickets and protested in mosques.
On October 7, 2013 it became known that in St. Petersburg Hizb ut-Tahrir supporters held one-man pickets on Nevsky Prospekt and near several metro stations. The picketers held placards in their hands: “In Russia it was banned Koran - I'm against it!", "The hijab was banned in Russia - I'm against it!", "They call me terrorist - I'm against it!"
In addition, in two mosques in the city, preachers addressed parishioners with a request to "help Islam and Muslims."
Recall that similar actions were held earlier in Chelyabinsk and Tyumen .
