Swastika on a children's toy in a store in Vladimir

In October 2013 in the city of Vladimir in one of the local hypermarkets, a local resident found on sale a 3D puzzle of a German aircraft from the times of the Second world war with the image of a swastika on the wings.

On the initiation against the administrative store owner cases under Art. 20.3 (propaganda of Nazi symbols) was not reported.
