Orthodox Christians protest against occult propaganda on television

Movement "God's will" held a picket in Ostankino against "propaganda of the occult" on Channel One. The reason for the picket was series "Vangelia" and the project "The Truth Is Somewhere Nearby".

October 9, 2013 Orthodox Movement "God's Will" held a picket near the Ostankino television center in protest against the “propaganda occult" on television.

As propaganda, the protesters regarded the show of the TV series "Vangelia" and the project "The Truth is Somewhere Near" on Channel One. Picketers believe that the channel is engaged in "covering the competition of occultists and psychics" .

Participants of the action handed out leaflets to passers-by about the advantages of Orthodoxy and the dangers of the occult.

According to the leader of the movement "God's Will" Dmitry Tsorionov (Enteo), Orthodox “ highly appreciate the contribution of the leadership of the First Channel and personally General Director Konstantin Ernst in the consecration of the events of the church life and ask not to change the broadcasting policy vector in the direction of popularization occult" .
