The authorities use random people and a private business to create an illusion of a legal solution to problems. In both cases, problems are not solved, and there is nothing to talk about the right.

Nationalists, fairly rebellious against the Creator for a lack of intelligence and compassion, could pay attention to power - this is in its interests to aggravate an ethnic confrontation. This power is interested in leading public protests from the struggle for freedom to the fight against foreigners. Here she has something to sacrifice, whom to buy, with whom it is easy to deal with, and with whom to agree with.

The reaction of society to the attitude of the authorities and its own powerless state is natural and universal to it. Features of social behavior are dictated by temperament and intelligence. Those who are colder and smarter see a threat to public well -being in the usurpation of power by an irremovable political clan. Those who are hot and stupid, they see the threat to society in the came across foreigners. Dissatisfaction with the authorities is so great and widespread that the authorities have great opportunities in choosing an optimal enemy.

Of course, for dialogue and filling in public life with events and experiences, the authorities will prefer the latter. It is easier to fight with them, they are socially close and understandable. That is why, by the way, in the last two years, power has made significant efforts to saturate the protest movement by nationalists, at least "moderate." And she achieved undoubted success in this.

Now the "problem of migrants", for the most part, far -fetched and artificially inflated, has become almost the main item of the agenda in public discussions. Nationalist rhetoric and xenophobia, which until recently considered something unprofitable, have become commonly used today and meet understanding even in the liberal environment. Against the background of the growing nationalist brutality, the federal government will look moderate and respectable. A very profitable position. Kremlin political technologists can well be congratulated on a successful substitution of goals.

True, someday you will have to pay hard for this, but, firstly, it will someday, and secondly, others will pay the bills. Therefore, the interethnic confrontation will continue. There will be reasons. There was a fight with the police in the market - all Moscow markets were cleaned. They defeated the vegetable base - all Moscow vegetable deposits were passed. Maybe someone will suit a fight in the Kremlin?
