The case was initiated against a 60-year-old local resident, who, on behalf of a banned organization "Spiritual-tribal state Rus " sent out letters containing numerous swastikas.
It is reported that the letters were sent to the President, Prime Minister, Interior Minister, Heads of the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.
The court found the man guilty and fined him 1,000 rubles.
Recall that the "spiritual-ancestral State of Rus'" was recognized extremist decision of the Moscow Regional Court dated April 5 , 2011.2011 The organization and its activists became defendants in various criminal and civil cases.
