Anti-Caucasian banner in Tolyatti

October 16, 2013 in Tolyatti at the overhead crossing over Revolutsionnaya Street has a banner with a swastika and an anti-Caucasian neo-Nazi slogan.

Apparently, the banner hung for a very short time, since The police officers who arrived at the call did not find him.
