In October 2013, a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred) against far-right activist Dmitry "Mad" Yevtushenko ("Slavic Power", "Russian cleanups").
D. Yevtushenko is accused of being from June 2010 to October 2013 published xenophobic and anti-Islamic materials on the Internet.
Recall that this is the second criminal case being investigated against D. Evtushenko. Earlier, in August, a case was initiated against him under Part 2 of Art. 213 UK (hooliganism motivated by ethnic hatred) on the fact of riots during carrying out the action "Russian cleansing".
