In Veliky Novgorod, an investigation into the case of publishing xenophobic videos on a social network has been completed

In October 2013, a case was filed in Veliky Novgorod against a 23-year-old local resident who posted several xenophobic videos on a social network.

In October 2013 in Veliky Novgorod was completed investigation of the case of inciting ethnic hatred (Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code).

A 23-year-old local will soon be in the dock resident accused of being between January and May 2013 published three xenophobic videos on the VKontakte social network.
