The Serbian Ministry of Justice approved the court's decision to extradite nationalist Ilya Goryachev

On November 1, 2013, lawyer Mark Freigin announced that the Ministry Justice of Serbia approved the decision of the court to extradite to Russia one of the founders of the movement "Russian image" of Ilya Goryachev (born 1982), who was detained in May 2013 in Serbia on Moscow's request in connection with suspicions of committing criminal offenses.

Earlier it was reported that the board of the Court of Appeal declared illegal the decision of the Supreme Court to extradite Ilya Goryachev. However, the Supreme Court then ignored the instructions of the Court of Appeal, and a second meeting of the Court of Appeal in a different panel confirmed the extradition of Goryachev.

Recall that Goryachev was announced in international search within the framework of the investigation of a criminal case against organizers and members of the extremist community "BORN". Goryachev is accused of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code, part 1 st. 209 of the Criminal Code, p.p. “a, f, h, l” part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code, part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code (organization extremist community, gang creation, murder, trafficking weapons). He is suspected of involvement in the murder of a judge of the Moscow City Court Eduard Chuvashov, lawyer Stanislav Markelov, leaders of the so-called anti-fascist movements of Fyodor Filatov, Ilya Dzhaparidze and Ivan Khutorsky, world champion in Thai boxing Muslim Abdullayev, citizens of Salahedin Azizov, Rasul Khalilov, Soso Khachikyan, attempted murders of citizen Ramazan Nurichuev and police officer Gagik Benyaminyan.

Goryachev declares that he is not involved in the crimes.
