In Tatarstan, Ruslan Sabirov was convicted of posting a video justifying terrorism on the Internet.
On November 7, 2013 it became known that on October 14, 2013 the Nizhnekamsk City Court of the Republic Tatarstan delivered a sentence under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred) in regarding 39-year-old Ruslan Sabirov.
R. Sabirov found guilty of inciting hatred on the Internet by posting a video on your page on a social network, justifying " the use of terrorist methods against people certain religious views ." The specified material was posted on the Internet March 2, 2013.
The court sentenced him to 8 months of corrective labor with deduction in favor of the state of 10% of income. The posted video was recognized as extremist by the decision of the Zainsk City court of the Republic of Tatarstan.
