In November 2013, a case against 18-year-old Ramil Mazitov for distributing extremist materials on the Internet was transferred to the Nizhnekamsk City Court.
The Investigative Committee for the city of Nizhnekamsk, the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Tatarstan, completed the investigation of the criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity) against 18-year-old Ramil Mazitov.
According to investigators, in April 2012, on his page on one of the social networks, Mazitov publicly posted the audio material “Kolovrat – Sign of Destiny,” which was recognized as extremist in 2010. In September 2012, the accused posted the songs “Kolovrat – Two Brothers”, “Kolovrat – Blood of Patriots” and “Cyclone-B – Dead Jew”, which were also previously recognized by the court as extremist materials.
Mazitov admitted his guilt. The investigator chose a preventive measure against him in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the place and proper behavior.
The investigation has collected a sufficient evidence base, in connection with which the criminal case with an approved indictment was sent to the Nizhnekamsk City Court for consideration in a special procedure (see the SOVA Center certificate “Special procedure for trial .”)
