Gosdum amnesty?

An amnesty for political prisoners is wonderful. I want to hope for this. You can even envy those who believe in it kindly. In fact, political amnesty is a mirage, a sweet dream. If it happens, then at a fracture of history-after the February Revolution in 1917, after the death of Stalin in 1953, after the events in the Autumn of 1993. Or quite by chance and incorrectly - so in Brezhnev times fell under the general amnesty, Disident Malva Landa, who was supposedly convicted of arson of her own apartment.

Now there is a collection of signatures under appeal to the deputies of the State Duma with an appeal to declare a political amnesty. Under the appeal, many worthy people, active participants in civil protests of the last two years are signed. I have no doubt that they are driven by a sincere desire to help political prisoners to gain freedom. But to whom are they addressing this for? Didn’t they accuse the authorities of falsification of the parliamentary elections at many thousands of rallies in 2011-2012 and refused the State Duma of legitimacy? Did they not demand her immediate dissolution and the appointment of new elections? And now they turn to her for humanity and in the hope of "strengthening civil consent"!

I want to ask worthy people who signed this petition: you have not confused anything? Maybe I missed something and during this time a new Duma was chosen in honest and transparent elections, and the former, false and self-proclaimed, dissolved? Maybe there is no longer a need to pay attention to the thieves' elections of 2011? Forget and forgive? So, by mistake, did you protest in Bolotnaya Square and Sakharov Avenue? Or are you like Savelich from the "Captain's daughter" - "Do not be stubborn! What is you worth it? Spit, yes kiss the villain pen"?

This is very strange: first to consider deputies to be impostors, and then apply to them with requests for humanity. I can still understand the initiator of the petition Lyudmila Alekseeva, who, depending on the circumstances, can lead himself as well as so. It can expose the Putin regime and boil right -wing anger, and can join the Presidential Council and accept grants for MHS and flowers on his birthday from Putin. So they exist - court human rights activists. But people who are not covered with two -faced political calculations, which forces the bastards to turn to the bastards who plunged Russia in the mud?

Maybe you think that with a lousy sheep at least a wool of a handle? That the freedom of political prisoners cost some public humiliation? I doubt. This is rather the case when he went down the wool, and the cut back returned. There will be no shy of wool from them. They wanted to sneeze in a petition, for thousands of signatures, for tens of thousands of demonstrators, for millions of dissatisfied. They bet on force. On our strength and our humility. They are not afraid of contractual protests in the Bolotnaya and Summary Demonstrations on Boulevards. They are scared only one thing: if the people with a dense line stands around the Kremlin, so that not a single member of them could go there or leave from there. Then they will have to solve the issue of using weapons - and here they may be saved. Or maybe not.

But signatures under the petition are yesterday. More than one hundred thousand signatures were collected under the demand "Putin should leave!" And for the abolition of anti -Sirot law. And what? And nothing! Public opinion is not what they are considered with. Signature campaigns are effective in two cases - when democratic power hears society or when the fact of a petition is a challenge to power. So it was in Soviet times, when they were removed from work, excluded from the institutes and expelled from creative unions, and the organizers of the campaign was planted or persecuted as an extrajudicial manner. Then the petition campaign was a form of organized protest.

Today is another time. Appeals to the authorities in which the right to power is disputed is a whistle, and many people like that the steam goes into it. In other cases, petitions can work, but where it is about decisions at the highest level, they are useless. This is proved by practice, and it is obvious. With useless actions, one could have come to terms - why not have to whistle - if this had not been associated with the actual recognition of the State Duma by the legitimate authority, authorized to issue laws and decisions on amnesty. If you leave such a right for them, then the entire protest movement of 2011-2012 should be recognized as empty fanfare.

Those who want to help the liberation of political prisoners are better to look for other ways of influence on power. There are not so few of them.
