In the Orenburg region they are persecuted for “40 hadiths”

In November 2013, in Ilek, Orenburg region, an administrative case on the storage of "40 hadiths of Imam al-Nawawi" was submitted to the Magistrate's Court.

November 19, 2013 it became known that in Ileka Orenburg region, an administrative case was initiated against the head of the local Muslim community under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (storage for the purpose of mass dissemination of extremist materials). Case sent to court site of the magistrate of the Ilek district for consideration on the merits.

The reason for the persecution was the copies found in the community Muslim religious work "40 hadiths of Imam al-Nawawi", recognized extremist decision of the Leninsky Court of Orenburg in March 2012 and included in Federal list of extremist materials. The number of books is not reported.

Recall that we consider unlawful the decision to recognize "40 hadiths Imam al-Nawawi" extremist material and the fight against the distribution of this book.
